Swizz Bakerz, Darlinghurst


  • The coffee is nothing remarkable, the sandwiches are decent, I hear the bee stings are good and the service is friendly.
  •  But it is Swiss Bakerz’s florentines (composed of dark chocolate, almonds and honey) that make me a repeat customer.
  • It’s a sizeable treat, roughly the size of my palm, with a texture that is a combination of slightly sticky, chewy and crisp.
  • Best consumed throughout the course of an afternoon by breaking off the occasional piece and sure to satisfy those with a sweet/food tooth.
