What I Ate


Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with banana + remnants of a Vietnamese pork roll

Snack: Yoghurt with granola and frozen blueberries

Lunch: Sandwich pressed bread roll with beef, ketchup, cheese and egg

Snack: A couple of chive cakes + crunchy macadamia nut bar

Dinner: An assortment of things from Green Peppercorn i.e. sticky rice + pad Thai + pad se ew + tom yum + chicken larb + BBQ chicken + papaya salad + various desserts (I realise that sounds like a lot of food but I only ate a bit of everything, which probably explains why I proceeded to have a snack after we got home)

Snack: Seaweed salad + milk  (not pictured)
