What I Ate


Breakfast: Chia seed pudding with cacao powder, sunflower seeds, buckwheat and banana + Iranian bread with avocado

Snack: Cherries + pistachios (not pictured)

Lunch: Lentil soup + boiled egg + bread

Dinner: Lentil soup + bread + seaweed salad + Magnum Peppermint (not pictured and an ice cream monster confession: I actually ate this prior to the main meal)

Snack (not pictured): Weet-Bix with milk + peanut butter + cheese
