Breakfast: Porridge with almonds and cashews, cinnamon and Mayvers Original Super Spread

Lunch: Salad of lettuce, cauliflower, chicken and avocado

Snack: Quest Cookie & Cream bar

Dinner: Lentil soup + bread

Snack: Roasted cashews

Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with chia seeds, cacao powder, desiccated coconut and dried mulberries  + banana spread with peanut cacao butter

Lunch: Sweet potato, hummus, carrots, chicken and baby broccoli

Snack (not pictured): Peach + cashews

Dinner: Rice with cauliflower, tofu and meat + Quest cookie dough bar (this was actually a pre-dinner snack)

Snack: Blueberries + some potato (not pictured)

Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with cinnamon, mulberries, half a banana and frozen blueberries + the other half of the banana with some peanut butter

Snack: Unsalted roasted cashews

Lunch: Meatballs + roasted carrots and onions + nectarine

Snack: Yoghurt with granola

Dinner (not pictured): Rice with vegetables + lebanese bread with cheese + unsalted roasted cashews

Snack: Vanilla ice cream with blueberries + some more unsalted roasted cashews (not pictured)

What I Ate


Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with cinnamon, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds & dried mulberries + sunflower seeds wholemeal sourdough with cheese  & soft boiled egg

Lunch: Two xoi khuc (mung bean and meat in spinach casing with sticky rice on the outside) + mango

Snack: Yoghurt with granola

Dinner: Potatoes, choko, meatballs with mustard + Whittaker’s Peanut Butter chocolate

Snack (not pictured): A potato and some more meatballs with mustard

Breakfast: Pork bun + half an apple + peanut butter

Snack (not pictured): Pistachios

Lunch: Stockmarket Kitchen Salad (same combination of ingredients as here but I managed to not spill it this time around) + bread

Dinner: Rice with spinach, greens and pork + pastries + durian (not pictured)

Breakfast: Chia seed pudding with cacao powder, sunflower seeds, buckwheat and banana + Iranian bread with avocado

Snack: Cherries + pistachios (not pictured)

Lunch: Lentil soup + boiled egg + bread

Dinner: Lentil soup + bread + seaweed salad + Magnum Peppermint (not pictured and an ice cream monster confession: I actually ate this prior to the main meal)

Snack (not pictured): Weet-Bix with milk + peanut butter + cheese

What I Ate


Breakfast: Overnight oatmeal with banana + remnants of a Vietnamese pork roll

Snack: Yoghurt with granola and frozen blueberries

Lunch: Sandwich pressed bread roll with beef, ketchup, cheese and egg

Snack: A couple of chive cakes + crunchy macadamia nut bar

Dinner: An assortment of things from Green Peppercorn i.e. sticky rice + pad Thai + pad se ew + tom yum + chicken larb + BBQ chicken + papaya salad + various desserts (I realise that sounds like a lot of food but I only ate a bit of everything, which probably explains why I proceeded to have a snack after we got home)

Snack: Seaweed salad + milk  (not pictured)
